Edufocal’s Limited’s 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held online only.
Shareholders who wish to participate and vote must have their JCSD number to register and participate in the meeting.

Shareholders will need to provide their Full Name, Email Address, JCSD Account Number in order to be admitted. Shareholders, upon registering to attend and participate, will be able to vote on the resolutions being considered at the meeting.
Members of the media and the public may attend but will not be able to vote on resolutions.
The Directors have included an adjustment to Resolution No. 2 to be considered at short notice, along with the appropriate request for approval of the amending and consideration.
